Szerintem az ember nem oszthatja meg valakivel az élete egyik szakaszát, ha nem ismeri el, hogy az egésznek csak akkor van értelme, ha hajlandó adni. A boldogságot nem lehet csak az ujjunk hegyével megérinteni. Az ember csak kétféle lehet: van, aki adni szeret, és van, aki kapni. Én először mindig adok, és csak utána várom el, hogy kapjak is valamit, de végképp keresztet vetettem az önzőkre, és túl bonyolultakra meg azokra, akiknek a szíve túl fösvény ahhoz, hogy megszerezzék a jogosultságot a vágyaikra meg a reményeikre.
